About the Recipe
Try this noodle dish known as singapore noodles, has a mix of vegetables and proteins. Great for meal prepping lunches or dinners.

Ingredients
8 peeled and deheaded Prawns
150g Chinese BBQ pork
2-3 Egg
Half a Capsicum green and red each
50g Snow Peas trimmed and sliced
50g Carrot trimmed sliced
150-200g Vermicelli Glass Noodles
Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp mild curry powder
2tsp chilli powder
2tsp pepper
Preparation
scrable 2-3 eggs and fry off in a wok at high heat to make a big omelette
cut omellete into chunks and set aside
marinade prawns in some olive oil, salt and chili powder
Cook prawns in wok and then set aside
Add vegetables to wok at medium heat and cook down. At the same time cook glass noodles in bowel with boiling water for approx. 5mins or until have al dente texture
Add BBQ pork, prawns and egg into wok and mix through
Add noddles to wok and mix through
Mix ingredients to sauce together, taste sauce and more of ingredients as needed. Add sauce to wok and mix through. For freshness squeeze some lemon juice.
Turn heat off and serve.
