Pesto Chicken Pasta

Try this quick and easy pesto chicken pasta

Ingredients

1 chicken breast

300-400g of wholemeal pasta

1-2tbsp of pesto

100g of frozen peas

200g of Spinach

Preparation

  1. cut chicken breast into cubes and marianate in some olive oil, salt and pepper

  2. cook wholemeal pasta in boiling water

  3. when pasta is almost finished cooking, begin cooking chicken breast in a pan

  4. once chicken breast is cooked through, add cooked pasta to pan

  5. add 1-2 tbsp of pest to pasta and stir through

  6. add frozen peas & spinach and stir through. You can add other vegetables to increase vegetables in dish such as green beans, broccoli, fresh cherry tomatoes or even chick peas for more protein.
